Ellen Malow is president of Malow Mediation & Arbitration, Inc., an alternative dispute resolution company located in Atlanta. Ellen was a trial attorney for over 12 years before beginning her ADR practice, and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases that included medical malpractice, products liability, toxic torts, employment law and commercial litigation. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology as well as her law degree at the University of Texas at Austin and has also completed mediation training and is an NASD arbitrator. Ellen has recently had articles published in both Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL) and the National Association of Women Lawyers journals, and spoke at the GAWL symposium and at the Southeastern Human Resources Managers (SHRM) Conference.

Michael Flock joined Croft & Bender in 2006 as a Special Advisor to analyze and source new business opportunities. He has held several leadership positions in the information and receivable management services industries. Prior to Croft & Bender, Michael operated a consulting practice focused on M&A transactions, and most recently led a recapitalization of Focus Receivables Management where he became the CEO. From 1991 to 2000, he was President of Dun & Bradstreet's Receivable Management Services business as well as D&B's information companies in Asia, the Pacific Rim, Latin America, and Canada. In the time I have been working with Joseph, I have seen huge progress in many areas in my life.  Most astonishingly, I wrote a book in less than four months.  Prior to working with Joseph, I never would have dreamed of taking on a goal like this, particularly while still working full-time.  Another amazing difference is that I work fewer hours and yet I enjoyed a noticeable jump in my income in 2005 and then doubled that amount in 2006.
