Jan Dahlin Geiger, CFP,  MBA
Longview Wealth Management

In the time I have been working with Joseph, I have seen huge progress in many areas in my life.  Most astonishingly, I wrote a book in less than four months.  Prior to working with Joseph, I never would have dreamed of taking on a goal like this, particularly while still working full-time.  Another amazing difference is that I work fewer hours and yet I enjoyed a noticeable jump in my income in 2005 and then doubled that amount in 2006.

Even better, I am having a lot more fun now both at work and in my personal life.  I am more deliberate in the decisions that I make and in the people I choose to spend time with.  Best of all, I have let go of the angst which once questioned, "Why am I not hitting this goal, when I know what it is I should be doing?"

I especially appreciate that Joseph coaches beyond business issues. He has taught me how to attract the right clients, how to improve my marketing, how to build a better referral network, how to structure my time better, and how to take more time off from work. He is especially gifted in teaching how to focus on what is most important in order to accomplish more in less time. In addition to the business issues, he has also coached me to overcome issues with my father; he has helped me take control of health and fitness issues, including how to achieve and maintain my perfect weight; and he has also taught me how to coach others so that they can reach their goals more quickly.

Since working with Joseph, I recognize tremendous benefits, such as being able to let go of guilt, eliminating procrastination almost completely, and learning how to use coaching skills with my husband, children, and clients to help them achieve what they most desire.  Most of all, I finally feel like I am who I most want to be. I am especially excited to see where this third year of coaching with Joseph is going to take me. Joseph is fun, gentle, caring, enthusiastic and extremely creative. I cannot recommend him more highly.

VP Financial Services
Atlanta, GA

As an already successful businesswoman, I went into my first coaching session thinking I would work on continuing to grow my career.  But through the initial goal setting exercises, I found that my most important goal was in the area of relationships.  Although it was strange at first to consider working on that type of goal with a coach, I bought in and soon found myself role playing and considering new ways of acting and reacting to dating situations and opportunities. Within 3 months of starting to work with Joseph, I met the man I am currently engaged to.

Due to the coaching relationship, I have always been straightforward and authentic in my communication with my fiance, even when that was very scary to do. Now we start our life together relating openly and effectively with each other, patterns I hope will serve us throughout our lives.

I think one main driver of my success was putting my money where my mouth is. I'd always talked about wanting meet Mr. Right, but I was beginning to get used to the idea of building a life on my own. Paying a coach and committing to a goal of being married to the man of my dreams was a powerful signal to the Universe that I was ready to be serious about this goal, and with Joseph's help, everything then fell into place.
